Some of the features include:
Cinema Camera:
– new UI (similar to Ursa)
The BMCC UI gets an overhaul (now similar to the Ursa’s)
– focus peaking is now in green (easier to see on screen)
The BMCC focus peaking is green, activated by pushing twice on the focus bottom – much easier to see
– Nice addition is the accurate mathematical auto-focusing that now locks
The BMCC now has mathematically accurate locking auto focus
– extended dynamic range when shooting at 1600 ISO on BMCC 2.5
– when changing between record and playback mode, the Iris setting stays the same
Pocket Camera:
-compatible with more lenses: Sigma, Lumix, MFT
-added stabilization for lenses
-new UI
The Blackmagic Pocket Camera gets a new UI
4K Camera:
– added compressed raw DNG Support
– accurate auto-focus as in BMCC
– focus peaking as in BMCC
– new UI
